Previously, she worked with Kaiser Permanente Educational Theatre Programs (ETP) Georgia leading their facilitation work. Greg is Past President of ACCA and was selected as Colorado County Administrator of the Year in 2009. He also was awarded a Gates Family Foundation fellowship to attend the Senior Executives in Local and State Government Program at the JFK School of Government at Harvard University in 2010.

Trish Stiles is the Town Administrator for Bennett, Colorado. Prior to this, she has served in various management roles in Colorado, Illinois and Florida. She is the 2020 President for the Colorado City County Managers Asociation, serves as and ICMA Welcome Ambassador and is a past president of the Metro City/County Manager’s Association. Ms. Stiles recent achievements include completion of many capital improvements including a new town hall, elevated water storage tank and a new waste water treatment facility. Todd’s research focuses on the financing of state and local public services, education finance, and public and nonprofit financial management.
